By confirming a reservation, guests agree to the cancellation terms stated below.

Standard Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness to both guests and the property, the following cancellation terms apply:

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled check in date may be eligible for a refund of the deposit, subject to any bank or transaction charges.

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled check in date may result in partial or full retention of the deposit.

Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival may be non refundable.

Exact refund details will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Peak Season and Special Periods

During peak seasons, public holidays, or special event periods, cancellation terms may differ.

Guests will be informed of any special cancellation conditions before confirming their booking.

Deposits during peak periods may be non refundable depending on the agreed booking terms.

No Show Policy

If a guest does not arrive on the confirmed check in date without prior notice, the booking may be treated as a no show.

In such cases, payments made may be non refundable.

Early Departure

If a guest decides to shorten their stay after arrival, refunds for unused nights are not guaranteed and will depend on circumstances and availability.

Booking Date Changes

Requests to modify booking dates must be made as early as possible.

Date changes are subject to availability and may involve rate adjustments.

Cinnam Royal will make reasonable efforts to accommodate date change requests whenever possible.

Force Majeure

Cinnam Royal is not responsible for cancellations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, travel restrictions, government regulations, flight disruptions, or other emergencies.

In such situations, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative dates or solutions, but refunds are not automatically guaranteed.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or banking system.

Transaction or bank fees may be deducted where applicable.

Travel Insurance Recommendation

Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical emergencies, and unexpected travel disruptions.

Travel insurance provides additional protection in unforeseen situations.
